Inspirational scenery is around every bend of our valley trails - the choice is yours! Visit the Pouey-Aspé chapel, an enchanting ancient hermitage dating from the 18th century. Go walking through the unspoilt Bergons valley to discover traditional hay barns, or take a stroll around the stunning Ourrec and Isaby lakes in the Hautacam massif. Another possibility is to hike up to the Col d'Andorre in the Pibeste, where you can soak up the pastoral atmosphere and admire the sumptuous view down the valley and across the Pyrenees. If you're looking for the ideal place for cyclists, when it comes to biking, Argèles-Gazost Valley really has it all. With its ideal geographical layout and large variety of biking trails, the valley has everything a cyclist could want, catering for all disciplines (road bike, mountain bike...), levels of difficulty and tastes. From legendary road climbs up mythical Tour de France routes including the Hautacam, the col du Tourmalet and the col d'Aubisque, to a much gentler ride along the traffic free 'voie verte', one of the most scenic cycle paths in France, there really is something for everyone.
